The Centre at Hof Oberlethe is situated on a ridge of sandy moorland, about 12 km (7½ miles) south of the city of Oldenburg (in Oldenburg), in the village of Oberlethe near Wardenburg. The lovingly restored and thatched farmhouse has 35 comfortably furnished rooms, a number of communal areas and a large garden with a small pond and a larger lake. As a centre for educational and contemplation purposes, Hof Oberlethe has become well known over the past 20 years for hosting events of a contemplative, meditative and communicative nature. Renowned and celebrated educators come to us from all over the world (Amenities and Offers). Healing and Fasting are key topics of the Centre. In spring and autumn you can fast for seven days.

During the remainder of the year, the Centre is let out to various groups who are involved in consciousness, personal growth, inner contemplation, meditation, and much more. In addition, a number of companies hold their further training seminars here, especially for managerial staff. Because of the many-sidedness of what is on offer as regards the seminars and the many types of guests and the spiritual openness, a location has come into being where the guests can experience something different and new, provided that they come along with some open-mindedness and curiosity.

Just as we can testify, as can those running the courses and the guests, this venue is highly suited to all types of transformational and process work because of its special atmosphere. People are unanimous in their view that the participants were able to open up easily even when sensitive subjects were touched upon. People who come here to meditate are just as impressed by the venue, because although the Centre is not in a fully secluded location, it still offers a protective setting that is conducive to inner contemplation.
